Craig was the most brilliant vendor advocate. He organised everything, including the process of how to manage tricky tenancy issues. He ensured that we refit the house to a 'near new' state, outfitted it to look its utmost best, sought a great agent who used the perfect strategy for marketing and sale, and all in all helped us obtain a much better house sale price than we had expected. This was a very worthwhile investment for us into Craig's services. He was an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with - explaining everything clearly and stepping out each process in a very professional way.
