Vendor Maketing provided assurance and informed supportive advice throughout the sale campaign.  They were able to guide us to contractors to expedite the preparation of our mother’s home for sale. When faced with a significant repair, this allowed specialist trades to be procured to provide timely rectification for a budget and enable the sale campaign to proceed to agreed timeframe. We have used the services of Craig Knudsen of Vendor Marketing for several properties over the past 10 years, the most recent being settled earlier this month. Craig has achieved excellent results for us each time and has developed a finely tuned approach in his role as seller’s advocate which makes the sale of a property as stress free as possible for the vendor. In the most recent sale under challenging market conditions not a single buyer turned up on auction day. Craig was a Godsend. Our sale was a difficult, emotional and complex matter. A  five acre property full of refuse, in complete disarray and an extremely run down home. His connections with Home Moving Planners and his research and negotiations with the Real Estate Agents saw us sell quickly at a great price no one expected. I was really unhappy with the Real Estate Agent after the property was sold - he will get his own review - Craig helped me manage him. For that I am truly grateful. I lost my mother approximately 11 months ago. As part of her estate i had to settle a property of approx 1 acre. I had never done this previously. I contacted  Craig Knudsen; vendor marketing vendor advocates  ( he had been recommended to me ). He was fantastic. Very professional , constant updates and made a very difficult task so much easier. I felt very confident of his abilities when i first had contact .He came to my house , presented to me and i had no doubt  that this was the person i wanted to engage. He made the sale of my parents’ land incredibly easy, taking all the stress out of the process by evaluating every real estate agent proposal on our behalf. He kept us updated at every stage and provided clear, thoughtful guidance throughout. When one of my parents passed away during the sale, Craig was exceptionally compassionate.
