Vendor Maketing provided assurance and informed supportive advice throughout the sale campaign. They were able to guide us to contractors to expedite the preparation of our mother’s home for sale. When faced with a significant repair, this allowed specialist trades to be procured to provide timely rectification for a budget and enable the sale campaign to proceed to agreed timeframe. The process of selecting and coordinating with the real estate reduced the worry and time for us and we were able to focus on the presentation of the home for sale.

Highly Recommended!
Craig Knudsen from Vendor Marketing provided exceptional support as our vendor’s advocate. From day one, Craig’s standout qualities were his incredible responsiveness and his absolute professionalism. He was always ahead of the game, keeping us updated across different time zones and ensuring the sale of our property stayed on track from choosing the agent through to final settlement. Craig managed every moving part of our sale, including:
Pre-Sale Preparation: He connected us with experts who helped us prepare our property for sale.
Professional Networking: He connected us with an excellent lawyer/conveyancer.
Agent & Viewing Oversight: He oversaw the real estate agent appraisals and inspections, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Premium Result: Most importantly, he orchestrated an “off market” sale with a selling agent’s buyer who paid well above our property's top valuation.
Craig is a courteous and skilled advocate. If you want an expert to protect your interests, manage the stress of selling, and secure a premium price (especially if you are one of two siblings navigating a sale from overseas) we cannot recommend Craig highly enough!

We have used the services of Craig Knudsen of Vendor Marketing for several properties over the past 10 years, the most recent being settled earlier this month. Craig has achieved excellent results for us each time and has developed a finely tuned approach in his role as seller’s advocate which makes the sale of a property as stress free as possible for the vendor.

In the most recent sale under challenging market conditions not a single buyer turned up on auction day. Craig then used his extensive knowledge of the property market to propose a different approach, which soon led to a successful sale.

Thank you for your professionalism every time, and we look forward to our next opportunity to work with you.

Craig was a Godsend.

Our sale was a difficult, emotional and complex matter. A five acre property full of refuse, in complete disarray and an extremely run down home.

His connections with Home Moving Planners and his research and negotiations with the Real Estate Agents saw us sell quickly at a great price no one expected.

I was really unhappy with the Real Estate Agent after the property was sold - he will get his own review - Craig helped me manage him. For that I am truly grateful.

I know I couldn't have done this without his support and expertise.

You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't engage him to help you. See less

I lost my mother approximately 11 months ago. As part of her estate i had to settle a property of approx 1 acre. I had never done this previously. I contacted Craig Knudsen; vendor marketing vendor advocates ( he had been recommended to me ). He was fantastic. Very professional , constant updates and made a very difficult task so much easier. I felt very confident of his abilities when i first had contact .He came to my house , presented to me and i had no doubt that this was the person i wanted to engage. The end result was we got our price and especially from my point of view he made a very difficult and emotional time so much easier. I would recommend Craig in a heartbeat. You wont be disappointed. And Publicly I would like to thank you Craig

Sincerely David

We hired Craig Knudsen of Vendor Marketing as our advocate for the sale of our late mother's house, in part to aid the group decision-making process around agent selection and the marketing campaign. The advice and support he provided throughout was invaluable. He is a genuine person and advocate who cares deeply about the outcome for his clients and provides informed, clear, considered and thoughtful guidance -- which also in turn provides peace of mind during a process that can inevitably be stressful. He worked very hard on our behalf and helped achieve a result we were very happy with. I absolutely recommend his services to others. Thank you, Craig.

Vendor advocate Craig Knudsen from Vendor Marketing was truly amazing. He made the sale of my parents’ land incredibly easy, taking all the stress out of the process by evaluating every real estate agent proposal on our behalf. With his extensive industry experience and excellent communication skills, Craig proved to be personable, organised, and highly professional. He kept us updated at every stage and provided clear, thoughtful guidance throughout.
When one of my parents passed away during the sale, Craig was exceptionally compassionate. He went above and beyond, managing unnecessary correspondence and shielding us from additional pressure at an already heartbreaking time. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without his support, guidance, and kindness.
The land sold quickly with a result beyond our expectations. I would trust Craig with any real estate matter and cannot recommend him highly enough.
