Vendor Maketing provided assurance and informed supportive advice throughout the sale campaign.  They were able to guide us to contractors to expedite the preparation of our mother’s home for sale. When faced with a significant repair, this allowed specialist trades to be procured to provide timely rectification for a budget and enable the sale campaign to proceed to agreed timeframe. We have used the services of Craig Knudsen of Vendor Marketing for several properties over the past 10 years, the most recent being settled earlier this month. Craig was a Godsend.

Our sale was a difficult, emotional and complex matter. A  five acre property full of refuse, in complete disarray and an extremely run down home.

His connections with Home Moving Planners and his research and negotiations with the Real Estate Agents saw us sell quickly at a great price no one expected.

I lost my mother approximately 11 months ago. As part of her estate i had to settle a property of approx 1 acre. I had never done this previously. I contacted  Craig Knudsen; vendor marketing vendor advocates  ( he had been recommended to me ). He was fantastic. Very professional , constant updates and made a very difficult task so much easier.
