“I was first introduced to Craig Knudsen from Vendor Marketing via a Financial Planner after my mother had to be moved into an aged care facility. After interviewing a couple of local agents myself I thought it best to hear what Craig had to say. He then shortlisted 4 well-known local agents to come through and appraise my Mum’s home. He analysed their proposals, commissions and marketing strategies and documented this for me. The agent we chose he further negotiated their commission and refined their marketing strategy. From presentation, to the right marketing and pricing strategy to selecting the right agent for the job – he does it all for you and whilst minimising the stressful process of selling a home. Furthermore he is there with you on Auction day armed with another strategy. And the proof is in the pudding! My Mum’s property sold at Auction, under the hammer and achieved the price we predicted it would, so there were no unwanted surprises. Thank-you Craig!”
