“I engaged Craig Knudsen from Vendor Marketing to sell my apartment after he had successfully sold two previous properties of mine in Surrey Hills & Sorrento. After testing the market after Covid via an Expressions of Interest campaign and not being able to uphold my price expectations, Craig protected my interests and suggested we promptly withdraw the property from the market and wait for the right time to re-market. Phase two, Craig recommended we go to Auction and the property sold within 2 weeks of the 4 week campaign for $140,000 more than what was offered on the previous campaign. His marketing recommendations(s) were second to none. He suggested we add Chester Street, my facing Street to the front end marketing which would help eliminate the stigma of my Warrigal Road address. I just couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
