What makes Vendor Marketing unique?

We have an in-depth knowledge of the best real estate agents in your local area, based on years of relationship building and first-hand property marketing experience.

Which areas of Melbourne do you cover?

We specialise in the municipalities of Port Phillip, Stonnington, Boroondara, Bayside, Glen Eira, City of Yarra & City of Melbourne – however we assist vendors right across Melbourne.

Who should use Vendor Marketing?

Anyone who wants to save time and money, achieve the maximum sale price for their property, and be supported throughout the entire sale process by a qualified, independent advisor.

Do you advise the best method of sale, ie. auction, private sale, tender?

Yes, but you get the final say. Most inner-city Melbourne real estate agents prefer auction but each property is different, so we discuss and strategise this with the shortlisted agents.

Whose board is displayed on the property?

The selected real estate agent has their name on the board and on all advertising.

Can you save me money on advertising?

Yes! Our many years’ experience in real estate media means all our vendors benefit from a comprehensive, cost effective property campaign whilst saving between 25-50% of typical agent-driven campaign costs. You’ll get coverage across all traditional real estate advertising mediums plus a complete social marketing campaign.

Is Vendor Marketing a Licensed Estate Agent?

Yes, definitely! Although only one licensed real estate agent is required we work alongside your chosen selling agent whilst managing the process, to ensure your interests are always protected.

What makes Vendor Marketing different from a Real Estate Estate Agent?

We act as strategic vendor advisors. This means we’re independent property and real estate marketing experts who also happen to know who the best real estate agents are in Melbourne.

Do you offer Buyers Advocacy services?

No, Vendor Marketing never represent buyers – ONLY home sellers. Those individuals who offer both vendor and buyer advocacy services do it only to increase revenue. This can create an unethical conflict of interest where one person advises both parties in the same transaction.

Will all Real Estate Agents work with Vendor Marketing?

Yes! We offer a distinct advantage over most vendor advocates, as we only charge the real estate agent an industry standard 20-25% referral or introduction fee. Many other vendors’ advocates charge the agent between 40-50% of their commission, so only desperate real estate agents are inclined to take on the business. And a desperate agent won’t be focused on getting you the best result. Vendor Marketing also ensures you pay less commission overall.
